1. Kneeling Ilio Psoas (hold each position for 30 seconds)
2. External Rotator (hold each position for 30 seconds)
3. Single-Leg Squat/Posterior Lunge (Do these stretches as tolerated 3 sets with 10 reps, twice per day)
